Commercial Cost Analysis

Net metering allows owners of PV system to sell every kilowatt hour (kWh) produced to the utility companies at $0.39 per kWh. With energy costs expected to rise over 7% annually, a PV system purchased today is a hedge against future rate spikes.

PV systems are low maintenance, clean, silent, and do not pollute. PV’s are a proven durable technology, powering everything from calculators to Mars Rovers.

Because PV’s never need refueling they are far better than natural gas propane, diesel and gasoline, which produce harmful emissions and high decibel noise. PV output is at its highest during business hours, offsetting peak demand charges that spike utility rates as much as $.36 kWh.
